In this renovation project, our client, with exquisite taste, approached us with a vision. As an architect himself, he crafted the style direction for this upscale beach apartment, laying the groundwork for an unparalleled collaboration between Interior Design, craftsmanship, and construction management.
As you walk into the apartment, the living areas are highlighted by incredible natural light and beach views. The Entry, living room, dining room, and kitchen flow perfectly in an open-style layout. The color palette throughout is muted yet warm with touches of light woods and rich stone textures. White oak millwork paneling creates an elegant volume that connects the living areas to the master bedroom.
The custom kitchen was done with the utmost care, featuring a combination of wood and white-toned finishes and integrated top-of-the-line appliances. At the end of the kitchen, we created a special moment with a small breakfast nook and a cantilevered upholstered bench.
A monolithic new terrazzo floor adds a touch of elegance to this luxury apartment, transforming into a striped pattern with darker tones of warm gray in the powder room.
The powder room welcomes guests with a boutique-hotel feel that immediately draws you in. No surface was left untouched, from the integrated sink made of Calacatta Viola marble to the wood portal showcasing a wall-to-wall mirror with an integrated chrome wall faucet that camouflages and becomes cleverly invisible.
The home office is another jewel of this apartment, completed with custom millwork, wall paneling, and a glass pivot door. A glass wall between the office and the master bedroom provides connectivity and natural lighting.
Finally, the home furnishings and accessories were carefully curated, bringing our clients’ personality to life in this bespoke Miami Beach apartment.
